You mean he isn't the loonie?

....perhaps the Minister of Quebec Defence, which basically consists of making sure that in times of war, Quebec has enough poutine to keep the province going.

I've got to be honest, I've worked with a few Canadians and Canadian businesses in my working life, and basically without exception have had bad experiences every time.

I try very hard in my life no to make generalizations, but the experiences I've had make it difficult.

I'll give you this...I've had a lot of international dealings...and there does seem to be a general knowledge that americans have deep pockets...so hawkshore is right...in business, you're pretty much all on the fuck-over list....if the dollars stay around par, this might start to change.

Here's one of your presidential candidates, btw:

I was actually just thinking about a good bit of Canadiana tonight....our goalie's wife was preggers a couple years back...when she hit nine months, he played with his phone on top of the net...never missed a game.

oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

It's been across a couple of disciplines. First, in manufacturing and dealing with our Canadian plant to coordinate goods, schedules and information. They were extremely antagonistic and the quality of their work was very poor.

Second, in the pharmaceutical industry dealing with physicians. The Canadian doctors were by far the most high maintenance and the least professional or experienced.

I haven't had to deal with them in the past few years, but I have a brother in the automotive industry who deals with and travels to their Canadian plant and has had similar experiences.
