Early Halloween Scare

I was with my girl Britt, during the day and I went to my place to get something to eat, and she calls me and says come here immediately. She's pale, shaking, and shes about to pass out. She's been sick for a week or so but today was bad. Then she was knocked out cold.

The ambulance takes her to the hospital, I couldn't get there until 2 hours later cause I have no car. She's all IV'd up and looking terrible. Her fever was 104.3F....wow. Her heart rate was at 132, and nothing was bringing down her fever. Doctor comes in and tells her she has pneumonia.

I was with her all night from 9 to 1am. She finally fell asleep and I left...I just felt so bad. Sucks seeing someone you care about like that just collapse in front of you.
