The NEW way ticketmaster fucks you

For my fathers birthday I was going to buy him and my step mother tickets to see Springsteen at Hershey Park...tickets went on sale 15 minutes ago

I put in my order at exactly 10, and get 12 rows from the stage! After I click submit... "sorry we were unable to process your order"

????

So I try again, this time I get the first section on the sidestage 4 rows up, still fuckin awesome seats...I even put in my CREDIT CARD info in...."We are unsure if your order went through please call customer service"

I call customer service, and it doesnt show up, and I ran wild

I try again and sit on the line for 9 minutes, and pull 75 rows from the stage...he's still in the building and on the floor, but is ticketmaster serious? i mean common!!

    that sucks, but at least you got them tickets, that's a nice gift.


    f'ing ticketmaster shipped my MSG1 tickets to the wrong address. the guy completely butchered my address! so i have to go before the show and pick up my tickets at the window. don't know why, but i have a feeling it is going to be a stressful scene.

    I can't stand them...that's why I didn't even try for the 2nd MSG show. I will try for tickets right at the friggin onsale time and will get shutout. Bastards.
    These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.

    i had the same problem for MSG1, i never got my ticket so i have to pick it up at will call

    ok Im getting to the garden nice and early cause if anything happens like gorge nite 1 06 or even Tampa last week its gonna suck

    I don't know if I'd blame ticketmaster here. It seems like you just experienced what many people have experienced on pearljam.com when trying to buy fanclub tix to MSG: too many people on the site at once causing it to crash.
