    I'm 30 minutes deep so far. And the strange thing is that so far it kind of follows my belief system. Must be because I'm a free thinking Pisces.

    nothing like wasting time with a couple hours of indie propaganda...

    it's a little ironic that the documentary attacks christianity with "truth" that isn't even accurate at times. do a little research for yourself and you'll discover the many fallacies in the video. (for example, in egyptian mythology, Horus was the sky god, not the sun god. Ra is the sun god.)

    it's criticized for:
    -relying too heavily on anecdotal evidence
    -using unidentified, undated, and unsourced video news clips, voice-overs, quotes
    -using book citations without page numbers

    Depends on what you read I guess. Horus was also considered the Sun god as well by others as it was believed that his left eye was the Moon and the right eye was the Sun. That came about from the Sun being part of the sky. Ra was actually a modern form of Horus

    It's all semantics really. It's hard to deny the similarities between the different religions as far as what they worship.

    Watched it months ago.

    The religion stuff is spot on.
    Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
    and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
    over specific principles, goals, and policies.

    Someone in my socialist theory class recommended this to everyone, and I never had the chance to watch it.

    Seems like an excellent way to procrastinate...need 40 pages on socialism in two days. :(
