My kids misplaced the remote yesterday. This is so frustration. It is the Directv one that controls the tv and everything. There is no way to change the volume on the tv without it.
I told them I am going to keep PJ dvds playing until they find it. Of course they said that's ok we like to watch them.
I have Immagine In Cornice in right now.
Any ideas where we should look? We have really looked everywhere. We have no sofa so it's not down in it.
One of my kids has a habit of taking it with her when she leaves the room so no one else can use it, so I am thinking she left it somewhere but I can't find it!!

Looked in all the rooms. I am about to go thru all of their clothes. I need to pack away the winter stuff anyway.
IF I had the remote I would make them watch Iconoclasts! But I can't get the dvr to work without the remote! I think Showbox should be next.
Isn't there a manual over ride on the unit itself? There usually is.
Locate that and set the station to C-SPAN and make the kids sit in front of the television until they remember what they did with the remote.

I have them cleaning their rooms right now. Looking in there for it.
I just looked outside under all the windows and in all the laundry hampers. And thru the laundry room.
Inside the couch... not just under the cushions... insdie the couch... where you usually find the loose change.
Under the couch.
Near the computer.
Near anyplace else where the kid's toys are (including the XBox controllers).
Near the door that leads outside.
...
Those are my guesses.

A few funny observations from my 4 year old watching Immagine,
during Corduroy when Eddie said everything has chains, my Jane said, hey why did Eddie say everything is Jane's? LOL
And then when Eddie and Mike did Lukin she said wow he sure is playing that fast.
