So MERRY CHRISTMAS from Downunder everybody!! :)

There are yobs out there right now letting off firecrackers! (Least I hope it's the yobs and not the resumption of the gangland wars!!! So hard to know around here!)

It's cold here in downtown Gotham, which is ODD, because normally it's stinking hot, so I guess global warming, el ninio, the end times, whatever, have changed Christmas for us. BUT there's still gonna be some partying today! At least the roast isn't gonna push the temp in the house up to 50c like the year before last!

AND if I hurry up and go to sleep Santie might rock up in his rusty holden ute and drop off some pressies! :)
NOPE!!!

Sheesh Julien, I'm shivering here and it's probably 17c at least!

No sun of course but there's a beautiful moon out there that looks like it's full or close to it. All silvery and glowing. Very magical. :)
I'll be able to see Santie when he flies across! ;)

believe it or not, we don't "need" anything. that is only the spoiled brat in us trying to fill some temporary solution to an emptyness that does not exist.

Oh Lord please let me get through this holiday without beating the hell out of my family. The kids are so jacked up I could stick the Christmas Tree in the back yard and they wouldn't even know it. All eyes are on the fireplace and cookies and milk. Little do they know, Santa will be finding his way down the bottom of a bottle of Jack tonight! :D
I love to turn you on

The only thing getting me through so far is this exceptional bottle of chardonnay! :D

Shame I have to drive in the morning or I'd really put a dint in it! :D

Nah, it's all good MCKB. I love me Aussie Christmas! :) And who knows? I might just get to spend a little of the holiday season in snow. We shall see I guess.

I haven't actually managed to wrap anything BUT I've half made the bed!

Have a great Christmas girlie! And if I owe you a pm, bare with me, I AM going to catch up at some point! :o

    Nothing.......yet. :)

Won't be till after lunch I guess, so another 12 hours till presents.

There are a couple here from Mum, BUT I don't want to open them till she's with me and I can give her hers. So they're staying put. BUT I know what's in them anyway. Well 2 of them and I'll remember what the 3rd is when I open it. :D

Wrap your presents for you? That's a hell of a proposition, considering the fact that I absolutely can't stand doing it and I'm horrible at it. That said, if you cover your body in peanut butter then I'll bring the jelly! :D;)

Merry Christmas to you too Jeanie!

when will you ever get back to Kansas? :o
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
