Ok Joker is gone and i have three predictions for the next Batman villain and they are...
1. Penguin
2. Bain

    Penguin is probably the next most popular... so I assume that one. Bain isn't really that deep of a character to have him as the main villain.


    Could be the Riddler too.

    Nolan already says he hates Penguin. Not happening.

    It'll be Riddler, don't know who else though. Two-Face will make a reappearance as well.

    What I think would be interesting would be Hugo Strange, but probably as a supporting role.

    As with batman begins, Nolan is not afraid to use a more obscure villian. I think what he would do with the Riddler could be cool.

    Based on the EV night 2 poster, it looks like the next Batman villain will be Scott Stapp, and EV will have to answer the Bat signal and rid the world of him.

    that is one sweet poster.

    i posted this in one of the other 42 batman threads but wasn't there a rumor that phillip seymour hoffman might play the penguin? i don't think there's much weight behind it, though.

    Yeah, makes me wish I'd gone Saturday instead of Friday. Friday's poster is nice, but pales in comparison to Saturday's...just have to nail one in the 10c sale.

    I doubt you will see a penquin or riddler villian in this round of Batman films...I don't care who they choose, as long as they keep up the quality movie making and the dark knight framing of batman.

    one cool idea, to me at least, would be Harley Quinn and Bain. They could tie in Harley and the Joker's past, and possibly, without flashbacks obviously, let a little of their story of the Joker and how he came to be out, as Harley plans her revenge, and uses Bain as the attacking mechanism. Maybe not even reveal Harley until half way into the film. They you start weaving the info about Jokers past. So it's only a small part of the film and doesn't take too much attention from the rest of the story.

    I read on msn that she has already inquired and shown interest in doing it, if they use Catwoman

    Also the original Catwoman from the 60's show endorsed her and said she would own that part
