    I LOVE winter! :o:D

    But I've lived in a place with snow and even though it was beautiful, the novelty wore off VERY quickly. I was always falling and had to wear about 100 layers of clothes!

    But I love a nice sunny day with 50 degree weather. I have a thing for wool sweaters and coats, and cordoroy pants. :o

    And Christmas is in winter!! I love it :)

    Winter is usually my favorite season, but I typically spent winters in Memphis.

    Last winter I spent in N. Germany.....dark, cold, rainy, just depressing

    This winter I am in New England....I hate it already and it hasnt even snowed much. Lately I question why humans ever settled in places this cold.

    Absolutely! As long as it's sunny and above freezing, I love the cold weather.

    I live in AZ and have been working in stupid, good-for-nothing Connecticut for the last week. 10 degrees right now! :eek:



    Why in god's name does anyone live here??!?!?!
    I'm not just talking cold....I hate cold (I lived in Chicago for 18 years and Iowa for another 5, so I know cold) but I don't see why people live in CT.

    I agree, winter depression has kicked in full force for me already, as if I didnt have enough to be depressed about already

    Early December(the preceding weeks) is the worst part, just trying to get used to the changing of the season and COLD ass wind. By the new year, I'm pretty much used to it.

    But winter driving really suck all season long!!!!!

    I don't care for the cold, but love snow!! So I don't like it when its freezing and its not snowing.
    Hoping for a white Christmas which we have not had in forever. Its Ct for Christ sake and last year it was like 60 on Dec 25th. Damn global warming.

    I love winter, but then again I've been skiing since I was 5. Like I always say "If you don't like winter, move".

    I just hate the perpetual darkness and cold. I don't mind snow, as long as I don't have to shovel it or clean off my car.

    the only good thing about winter is NFL playoffs and College Basketball season - the rest of it all sucks.
