Reading Tea Leaves

I've been reading a lot about tea and how it's good for you (can help prevent cancer ect.). I'm a coffee person, but today I'm trying to start drinking tea in the afternoon at work. Here's the question:

-Is any type of tea OK?

I know some are better than others (like green tea), but is any tea better than no tea? My work has Ellis regular tea.

If it's not that good for me, I'm going to bag this... doesn't taste too good.

I'm not sure; I think in a number of places. Don't have a source off-hand.

Type in 'tea prevent cancer' into google. A bunch of articles will come up. It turns out, it looks like they all say green tea though.

I thought this thread was going to explain how to read tea leaves. I've always wondered how that was done!

And possibly specific to the stomach and gullet?
Ah well, learn something new everyday. I know a few people who've been drinking the wrong kind I guess.
