Hey Everyone,

I'd like to go somewhere for my wife and I's 1st Anniversary. We have some loot saved, but not a lot.... so this has got to be reasonable. Do you know of any sites that have good deals? We'd probably like to do about 4-5 days max, maybe around Thanksgiving. We'd love it if we could fly somewhere, where it's warm and there's a beach.

Any ideas?

Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. My girlfriend and I went this summer, during peak season, and an all inclusive resort for 6 nights plus air fare for both of us was $2,000. One of the best trips ever. If you are interested check out Apple Vacations. We stayed at the IFC Bavaro Villas.

I went on my first cruise in July with the children and it was great however next time we'll go without them. I was really the best in Cozemel, Mexico....Grand Cayman and Ocho Rios, Jamaica. This is the best and cheapest time to go on a Carribean cruise.

Hurricane season will be pretty much over by Thanksgiving. Besides the peak is in September and Punta Cana hasn't had a hurricane hit it in decades. Most hurricanes pass by the Haitian side of the island.

My wife and two kids and I went to El Salvador this summer. We stayed at the only all inclusive resort. It was about 150 a night all inclusive.

The airfare was about $750 from Los Angeles to San Salvador. Very reasonable.

We did three nights at the Resort and then three nights in San Salvador at the Hilton Princess.

That cost about $150 a night. It was really perfect. We did some awesome tours.

PM me if you want more details.
