Anyone able to workout after getting wasted? I don't seem to have the ability. If you do, does it help to get rid of the hangover?

  • I gave up working out when I graduated high school first off. But, I partied down Friday night and woke up feeling less than great Saturday morning, but I went out and cut the grass and that activity actually did help me feel better
All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all

running a couple miles after a long night at the bar will certainly help, as long as you have a lot of water before and especially after. alcohol dehydrates the hell outta me...but i love it so... :D
I love to turn you on

    Hangovers are for amateurs!

drinking is a lifestyle, not an activity.

i think it helps... i vividly remember the time i got in about 4am... drunker than Robert Downey Jr and i was playing footbal (soccer) at 9am the next day... at 8.50am i was puking my face off but at 9am i started running around and by 10am i felt pretty good :)

at 10.53am i went back to the pub.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

working out definitely helps. But burnin one down is so much easier.

  • Depends on what I drank the night before. Too much vodka.. forget it, that's a day in bed. Too much beer & I can run from here to France.

Exactly. If you are thinking about exercise after a night of drinking then you didn't have a night of drinking.

hands down the best cure for a hangover, period.

as to me, i can't bring myself to work out when im not hungover. doubt it would happen if i was.
    and like that... he's gone.
  • i have no idea why, but back when i first started drinking, i would wake up early the next morning and go for a run. hangover cured.

now im lucky if im outta bed by noon after a night of drinkin.

but yeah, it depends how much/what you drank, but moderate exercise usually helps. i think it helps flush out the toxins or something? maybe i just made that up, i dunno.
