I just wanted to make a post honoring this fantastic beer. I have a case of it sitting in my fridge waiting for me to drink a few when I get home.

Cheers!

I just finished off what I had left last night. I might have to pick up some more Pale Ale this evening.
I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.

Summerfest is excellent. And their christmas brew is quite good too.

If you like Sierra Nevada, I recommend Victory Hop Devil. It's also very good and very similar, cept higher alcohol content. ;)

I bought a case of these for my July 4th BBQ. Went down perfect in our 90+ heat that day.

I also love their Porter. Haven't had their Stout in a while and that was good when I did have it.
    Rock on!

the pale ale is really good, but the brown ale and summerfest are my favorites.

i live in the hometown of sierra nevada brewery!! what's awesome is how cheap it is here, like $5 for a 6-pack. alot of my friends work at their restaurant, they have really good food as well. i agree, summerfest is tops. i'm getting a little sick of the pale ale though, only because every party i go to its required to have a keg of it. i'm most partial to their crystal wheat though. sierra nevada rules!!

Why don't you sell cases to us and ship em over? Bet you'd make a profit and we'd get it for cheap.

I hear that place is great and good music comes through there as well (ie, Bob Weir played there a while back). We planned on stopping by there after we climbed Mt. Shasta, but we were so exhausted afterwards that we were in no condition to even drink beers. One of these days I'll get up there.

Too tired to drink beer? Is that even possible?

Try climbing Mt. Shasta! Yeah, you'd think beers would go down smoothly -- and they probably would have, but we had a 4-hour car trip to get back home and we were so tired that a few beers definitely would have put our driving skills in severe jeopardy.

I've been to the brewery, too. They have hops growing all over the place. I live an hour and a half away. The restaurant where I work always carries some form of sierra nevada. Summerfest, Harvest Fresh, Bigfoot Ale. I'm not into hoppy ales, so they are not my favorite. I'd rather have Hitachino White Ale from Japan.
I really screwed that up. I really Schruted it.

I put down an entire 6-pack of Summerfest last night.

I wasn't too impressed with last year's, but this year was a definite success!

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is definitely my beer of choice. Best American beer, IMO. Mmmmmmm I'm going to drink a lot of them this week on vacation!!!
