Any local media doing a story about you? I think they should. We need more positive stories instead of Market Crashes,War, and crime.

yea seriously...too much depressing shit and NON Reality shows cluttering our minds on the friggin tv!

I know Leathermandi reached out to a whole bunch of outlets...she hit up Oprah, Ellen, NYTimes, and some others but its whatever...not looking for all that attention but if it takes the focus away from the negative and helps peoples way of thinking then I'm all for it

I think you mentioned before that you were planning to hit a couple sport events along the way...you should try to look ahead a bit to see when/where you might be, and we could try to get your trip promoted on the jumbo-trons. For charity (and a good story), they might be willing to show your mug and make a pitch to the crowd = big publicity!

Just remember, if you get interviewed along the way, and feel it necessary to mention PJ, don't talk about how long you've been a fan (sorry man.... can't let it go )

well I got lucky with the Caps being at home tonite so I think Im gonna just wing it and see what events are coming up like in Carolina, maybe Dallas or Phoenix? No jumbo tron stuff man...that would probably be even more of a disaster! But I tell u what tho..having hit up the Rangers they seem willing to take part in this
Keep me posted people, I'm down to hit up any hockey game in your area if its affordable

wow, so I went to the game and heres the highlights


Watching Ovechkin Live is amazing, if you havent seen him, you have to! The guy is a beast...even with the few fans in attendance, the guy drew OOHHH's!!! and WOW's!!! every time he faked someone out and that was often. Not to mentin he plastered a few people on the boards hard as hell. The guys game is ridiculous all around. I would take him over Sid in a heartbeat.
2nd highlight was meeting former Ranger Michael Nylander after the game and wishing him a Happy Birthday and kickin it for a few moments.
The people in the arena were cool as hell even tho I was rocking a Rangers Ludqvist tee shirt and got lots of free goodies, schedules, stickers, magnets, etc, free donuts from the Dunkin Donuts crew and even some of the fans I kicked it with were cool as hell

and LASTLY the thing that stood out the most was when I watched the Caps get ready to be introduced to the ice some crazy rock song started to blare and I didnt make it out at first...then all of a sudden it was like:

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASSSSEEEEE..........

DON'T GO ON MEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had the HUGEST SMile on my face!!! :D:D
