I know many may not remember, but I was one of the many who for months now have been bemoaning my suckass job.
So, I work for a staffing company and last week, a customer called and asked me to fill a position that I qualified for, with much higher pay. So I took them to lunch! And they offered even more than originally quoted!!
and no, I never signed a non-compete and I am treated like shit here. seriously, my only coworker is a mentally ill drug addict and my boss gave me my yearly raise....35 cents!!!!!!
F these peoples, i out!

I gave my two weeks, and I am out the end of next week!

;P
i knelt and emptied the mouth of every PUG around...

Right on! Congratulations on that. I'm sure it'll work out great, and I hope you love the new job as much as you hate your current job, and then some!

In the right situation, giving your 2 week notice and leaving on your own terms can be very liberating and empowering.

I am so excited. this new job will not include any quotas, I wont have to worry about people not showing up, calling sick, smelling, etc

i am truly having the best week ever!
i mean, i am still gonna do my job (because thats how i am) but, i truly enjoy cranking the aol pearl jam radio because....what are they gonna do? fire me?

    hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!
    screw you mfers!

life is too short to work at a job you hate! and now, i am a semi-expert at resumes, interviews, and finding jobs for people, so good times.

by the way, more people get fired than you would think. and less businesses verify employment than you would think. in fact, if you have a letter of recommendation from the business (from anyone there) most places dont even call there.
    just some little tidbits.
