fuck Pete Townsend...

I was doing the stupid windmill at practice yesterday and ripped half my thumbnail off...


needless to say I don't feel nearly as cool as I thought I would :(

    I saw The Who in Tacoma either late 80's or early 90's when I was living in Lacey, WA....Very early in the show he was doing a windmill...after about 2 or 3, he threw his guitar down and walked off stage. We all thought is was part of th show and went nuts. Roger came out 10 minutes later and said they had to rush Pete to the hospital as he had put his whammy bar completely through his hand...

    Sorry about your nail, but I NEVER thought I would have the opporunity to tell anyone that! ;)

    my dad was at that show! he told me all about when I told him about my accident....btw if anyone hasn't figured it out...I'm joking...I love pete and I'll probably never learn and keep doing it over and over.

    Pete does it all the time. His guitar tech was talking about all of the blood on the guitars on The Amazing Journey documentary.
