Dont know if this already exists, but hopefully this thread can be of good use of supporting others in their time of need.


Its hard to keep up with the traffic at the Porch, so maybe we can copy and paste here where everyone gets a chance to see.

    (sending it out is great at the end of a yoga practise, sit with eyes closed plams faceing up and send it on out :), be it though feeling or visulising the person their name or the whole plante, batheing them in white light! )
