OK...I haven't been active in this part of the forum for a couple of years, but the last time I did this it worked, so why mess with the formula.

Last March, I went on an interview for a job that I didn't necessarily want, but needed at the time. I posted a thread on AET asking for positive jammer vibes to be sent my way. I got the job. Today, I interviewed for a job I REALLY want. It seems like a great opportunity, so PLEASE send those vibes my way; it will be much appreciated.

    thank you! yeah, it is amazing because of the timing and the fact that i met with this agency a month ago, hadn't heard from them at all, and then out of the blue i get a call this morning. things always seem to work out for me, but i was beginning to have serious doubts, so it really helps in the hope department.

    i walked over to a party with the interim director of my department, and he said that he should have some good news for me next week, which means that they'll be hiring me as a full-time, permanent employee. i've been temping for for the past month and a half.
