If you want to tell people the truth, make them laugh, otherwise they'll kill you.

Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth.

  • Yep...controlling insulin and keeping it slightly elevated for most of the day is an amazing feeling. The difference it makes in your energy level all day is unparalleled.

He's also right about working out for longer..."20 minutes a day" is not enough if your goal is to burn fat. You have to keep your heart rate elevated for at least 30 minutes straight for the exercise to have a noticeable effect on fat burning.

You know why all the commercials for exercise equipment say "only 20 minutes, 3 times a week", or "8-minute abs"? Because telling people they have to work harder and longer doesn't sell :)

Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.
