I got INFP. Pretty neat because so much of it sounds exactly like me.

http://www.mypersonality.info/personality-types/infp/

INFP - The "Dreamer"
Temperament: NF (Visionary)

Primary Function: Introverted Feeling
Population: 2% (1.5% male, 2.5% female) Just 2% of the population!? Kinda neat! :D

INFP - The "Dreamer" INFPs are introspective, private, creative and highly idealistic individuals that have a constant desire to be on a meaningful path. They are driven by their values and seek peace. Empathetic and compassionate, they want to help others and humanity as a whole. INFPs are imaginitive, artistic and often have a talent for language and writing. They can also be described as easygoing, selfless, guarded, adaptable, patient and loyal.

"To understand Healers, we must understand their idealism as almost boundless and selfless, inspiring them to make extraordinary sacrifices for someone or something they believe in. The Healer is the Prince or Princess of fairytale, the King's Champion or Defender of the Faith..."

"An INFP's feelings form the foundations of the individual. They are sacred and binding, in the sense that their emergence requires no further justification. An INFP's feelings are often guarded, kept safe from attack and ridicule. Only a few, close confidants are permitted entrance into this domain."

Highly creative, artistic and spiritual, they can produce wonderful works of art, music and literature. INFPs are natural artists. They will find great satisfaction if they encourage and develop their artistic abilities. That doesn't mean that an INFP has to be a famous writer or painter in order to be content. Simply the act of "creating" will be a fulfilling source of renewal and refreshment to the INFP. An INFP should allow himself or herself some artistic outlet, because it will add enrichment and positive energy to their life."

INTP. I've taken one of these tests orally before and had a similar description then. Apparently, I share this personality with Darwin, Einstein, Jung, Descartes and Socrates. I'm an INTP who's cerebrally malnourished for my type then, or maybe not, actor Rick Moranis (Honey I Shrunk The Kids) is on there, as are a few American Presidents, strangely enough.

ISTJ-The "Examiner" Primary Function: Introverted Sensing
    Population: 12% (15.5% male, 8.5% female)

    About the ISTJ
    Expert Quotes & Links

"ISTJs are often called inspectors. They have a keen sense of right and wrong, especially in their area of interest and/or responsibility. They are noted for devotion to duty. Punctuality is a watchword of the ISTJ. The secretary, clerk, or business(wo)man by whom others set their clocks is likely to be an ISTJ."
    - ISTJ Profile (TypeLogic)

"ISTJs are very loyal, faithful, and dependable. They place great importance on honesty and integrity. They are "good citizens" who can be depended on to do the right thing for their families and communities. While they generally take things very seriously, they also usually have an offbeat sense of humor and can be a lot of fun - especially at family or work-related gatherings."
    - Portrait of an ISTJ (The Personality Page)

"...characterized by decisiveness in practical affairs, are the guardians of institutions, and if only one adjective could be selected, "super dependable" would best describe them."
    - The Portrait of the Inspector Guardian (Keirsey)
"...private, does not appreciate strangeness, not adventurous, not spontaneous, follows the rules..."
    - Jung Type Descriptions (ISTJ) (similarminds.com)

"At work, ISTJs get things done on a timely basis. They honor deadlines, and they believe in thoroughness. A half-finished joy is not a job well done. They established procedures and schedules, and are uncomfortable with those who do not do the same. ISTJs put duty before pleasure. As long as they can fulfil their responsibilities, they feel useful and thereby satisfied. Their work does not have to be fun, but it has to count toward something productive. ISTJs believe that vacations are something that one takes only when work has been accomplished; thus, at times they do not take vacations even when they could and should."

    Another INTP here

    http://adropinthepark.mypersonality.info/

Edit: I'm wondering how many introverts are on here.

    2nd edit: Teehee :p
    From: http://www.geocities.com/lifexplore/intp.htm
"As young adults choosing careers, INTPs either set a course and work toward it quietly yet forcefully or continue to resist and rebel against society's expectations and irrational rules. They may either focus in depth on a major interest or move from one interest to another without showing others - friends, colleagues, and bosses - their reasons why. It is the process, the quest, that has been most interesting to them. Once they have found the answer, they do not often share it because the answer is obvious, and documenting the obvious is redundant. This attitude includes a tendency not to response or speak up in groups, because the INTP feels that what he or she was going to say seems so obvious that no one would want to hear it. As INTPs mature, they continue their quest for logical purity, but now it includes more balance in their activities."

introspective, values-oriented, inspiring, social and extremely expressive. They actively send their thoughts and ideas out into the world as a way to bring attention to what they feel to be important, which often has to do with ethics and current events. ENFPs are natural advocates, attracting people to themselves and their cause with excellent people skills, warmth, energy and positivity. ENFPs are described as creative, resourceful, assertive, spontaneous, life-loving, charismatic, passionate and experimental.

probably right - if i see a box, ill be the first one up on it.

outgoing, social, disorganized, easily talked into doing silly things, spontaneous, wild and crazy, acts without thinking..."

    yes, definitely

"Friends are what life is about to ENFPs, moreso even than the other NFs. They hold up their end of the relationship, sometimes being victimized by less caring individuals. ENFPs are energized by being around people. Some have real difficulty being alone, especially on a regular basis."

INTP. Never gotten that one before. It's hard for me to answer some of them, because I feel that I can see the big picture and focus on the the details at the same time, and 'cause I think I have my feet on the ground yet still have my head in the clouds.
Apparently I am one of few females with this personality type.

Will take the test again and see what comes up. There are so many questions where my first reaction is that it depends on the situation. Also, I'm not the same person at work than I am in general. I've had to become a hard-ass so my brain doesn't explode.

Edit: 2nd time around, INTJ. Both INTJ and INTP seem to describe me fairly well, but I think INTJ is slightly more accurate.

I think if I had taken this a couple years ago, my results would be quite different.

    NFP - The "Dreamer"

INFPs are introspective, private, creative and highly idealistic individuals that have a constant desire to be on a meaningful path. They are driven by their values and seek peace. Empathetic and compassionate, they want to help others and humanity as a whole. INFPs are imaginitive, artistic and often have a talent for language and writing. They can also be described as easygoing, selfless, guarded, adaptable, patient and loyal.

    NF Temperament - The "Visionaries"

NFs are introspective, intuitive and highly idealistic. They are subjective, compassionate "feeler" people that desire to contribute goodness and meaning to the lives of others. They are effective at doing this through their nurturing, insightful and encouraging nature. NFs despise conflict. They will do everything they can to make sure their loved ones get along with each other and are happy. NFs are imaginitive, creatively inclined and passionate about their choice causes.

Pretty true though, except I could work on my patience a bit. :o Everything else seems about right though.

ANOTHER INTP here!!! I've taken the Myers-Briggs a couple of times... apparently I should be doing the EXACT OPPOSITE of what I currently do in regards to my career choice. I'm also masochistic by nature so maybe that is why I chose to be in Financial Services...

    "ESTP - The "Persuader"

ESTPs are action-loving, "here and now" realists with excellent people skills. Informal, risk-taking, fast-paced and adaptable, they are not always in agreeance with rules and regulations. They are tactical problem solvers that desire quick results. ESTPs, who present a friendly and enthusiastic face, are straightshooters that are able to handle criticism."

Apparently, I'm like Jacob (grandson of Abraham - if you believe in the bible), Jack Nicholson, Madonna and Bart Simpson. I find that slightly worrying.
