    Thanks! I felt my voice going doing a gig on Wednesday, but luckily all my songs were original, the audience was unknown to me and I could get away with more instrumentals. Yesterday, I felt rough, and chesty, but today I'm just sneezing, with a head like a carrier bag full of snot.


    Beer seems to help, of course. ;)

    well honestly, at this point...finally...it's starting to fade. but yea, i've been sick as a dog all week...and it sucked. i look forward to sleeping in tomorrow!

    Been there Fins and I am rarely ill so I know how to kick the cold!

    Do you have Zicam or Airbourne over there? If so, load up and start taking every four hours. Find some Echinacea extract and add drops into water. The key is to stay hydrated, drink herbal tea as well as plenty of water. Homemade chicken soup also works wonders and I stress" homemade" not the highly salted crap you can buy in a can.

    A glass of red wine seemed to help me on the really bad days!
