I had just made my way past the cervix and was cruising through the fallopian tube at a slow, yet comfortable pace.

I had just gotten a look at the egg on the horizon when I noticed competition out of the corner of my vision.

We knew that only one of us would be allowed in, so we did rock, paper scissors for it. And here I am today.

I used to remember more, but those memories are disappearing. :( ..I think I have one memory from being like 3.. a few more from age 4.. I remember being about 3 when I saw Star Wars and my mom taking me to the store to buy a Chewbacca action figure.

I remember one that my parents claim i don't. I was pretty young, under a year maybe, and my mom and dad were giving me a bath. I remember they took me out and started drying me and somehow got the towel to stick to my butt and they thought it was hilarious and they went to look for the camera. I remember crawling off to my room thinking it was really fun and pretending that I didn't know that they would worry about me being gone. [I know that's a crazy thought for someone under 12 months but I swear it's true, haha.] Then I remember finding this huge ass stuffed bear that was at least 17 times taller than me and i used it to help my self stand up, then someone picked me up.

Where are you gonna try?? If you are in Sydney flick me a PM as clients of mine run the surf school at one of sydneys most popular beaches.

Its a great sport but can be terribly frustrating in the early stages

Must have been around three years old. Somehow got out of the house - alone, with my favorite teddy bear and a doll carriage - and went off for a little walk. Maybe I just remember because of the spanking when my parents found me.

Are you typing this from heaven? How long were you under for and did you take in any water?

    This thread is really interesting

no, everything went well. My father jumped into the water and took me out.
I think it wasn't long, but at 3 years old, this is something you remember...

Haha. Yeah I can totally understand.

I dont know what Id do without the water - completely opposite to me my first memory was trying to 'surf' down a staircase.

    Glad you're still here mate

i was 19 months old and my Mom was changing my diaper while i was on my sister's bed in the room that her and i shared. i probably only remember it because it was the last time that i saw my Mom for 6-7 months.

because after that i went to live with my Aunt Elsie (she was actually my Mom's best friend) in Maryland during that time...i remember a bunch of stuff from the time that i lived with her...but the thing that sticks out is her rocking me to sleep everynight in her rocking chair and playing with her curls until i drifted off

Going to the hospital to see my mother after my brother and sister (yes twins) were born. I was 2.

my grandmother lying in a lounge chair under the crabapple tree that used to be outside my childhood home...and bringing her a glass of water in these big orange plastic cups we used to have. i had to be just about 3 b/c she died when i was 3. i also remember my aunt rose living with us for awhile and me going into her room early and lying on her bed with her until she decided to get up. also pretty damn young then, under 5.
    Stay with me...

I am myself like you somehow

  • The 2 earliest memories I have are from when I was around 3:

Being in the hospital after having my tonsils taken out. The nurses kept trying to give me eggs but I didn't like them, so gave them to the kid in the bed next to me :) I still hate eggs.

Being at a pool and seeing lots of kids swimming and thinking I could do that also - I had never been in a pool before or swam........ I ran in before my parents could grab me, and I almost drowned - I probably wasn't under long, but it felt like forever. I remember being under the water and seeing all the other kids feet kicking. To this day, I won't go in a pool or the ocean further than up to my knees. I am terrified of the water.
