Is feeling mindblown an insatiable thing?

For me, I have said many times on this board, music is my life. I have no problem, and say it without joking, that music is as important to me as breathing and eating and sleeping. it is IT. Its the thing that gets me up in the morning, and out of bed. It gets me through the workday when i have concerts later in the night.
and their are moments at concerts, where I have goosebumps. Where I am in sync with the band, myself and the world. Where my frustrations, anxiety, anger, worries, and self doubt disappear. Where I feel like a guitar note or melody expresses my whole existance.
that said, its so un or insatiable. The only way to get back that feeling of a mindblowing live show or cd, is to keep going to more shows.
For me, whenever I see a mindblowing show, movie, or cd, I always go and search out the next big thing, the next thing that will change my life.
There are moments where I will be blown away by a movie, and get goosebumps. Or attend a show and feel like my life was altered, like the world spun off its axis for the show. But the only way to truely hold onto that feeling is to keep reading more books, watching more movies, and going to more shows! Its kinda frustrating in a way.
I am not really complaining either, just posting!

After seeing a band live, and you feel like it was one of the best shows ever, what do you do? Do you search out more bands and shows so you can feel like that again?
I haven't felt this way in a while but when I do...I listen to the band's music nonstop. It's more specific to the particular band then me wanting to seek out other bands or music. I don't know if that makes sense.
life is really just a series of moments strung together. so if music enhances your life, no need to be frustrated by it or anything, just let it wash over you
when i've been struck by a song or performance, i tend to not try to top it, but just take it as it is, just that moment. but i do keep seeking experiences that give that same sort of feeling. art is so important to one's existence, i know i can't live without it, in all its forms
You might really enjoy learning to play an instrument yourself. That can bring you the same kind of feeling and you don't have to rely on anyone else.
