I missed the episode. I would be deeply indebted to someone who could post a synopsis of the episode for me, and if they would, the last few minutes Zach braff always narrates the main theme or moral of the episode, could someone transcribe it?

    NBC.com??? I watched the whole episode but I can't even remember what it was about. Elliot sees an old friend and makes a wierd decision....i don't want to spoil it for you.

    Basically, the girl destined to die young, hints at trying to kill herself before she turns into a vegetable....her doc (the pretty blonde) finds out, JD tells her she needs to stop her, but it's up to her. Eventually, the girls leaves the hosptial with the intention of killing herself soon, and the doc leaves her to be knowing what will happen. It was messed up. And that's how it ended.
