when i worked in a pharmacy we'd have fake scripts coming in all the time...for narcotics. but it's not illegal until u pay for it. So the pharmacist in charge would call the cops and have them waiting until the person picked up the meds.
we'd also have this guy and girl who would come in and fill up baskets with tylenol or advil and then run out of the place. and across the parking lot. we knew who they were so the cops would be out there waiting for them. idiots would try again every other week.

  • I was working in a restaurant years ago when 5 guys came in and pointed guns at everyone's heads...(including me)

The manager (woman) got a shit deal. She got thrown to the ground, gun to the temple.."open the safe!" routine until she was hysterical..

    fun times..

A couple months ago I woke up at 3 in the morning to screaming in my back yard. I was pretty scared because I thought it was one of my family members and we were getting robbed or something.
I went over to the window and a man was running through our yard (which had about a foot and a half of snow) and into the woods. Like 30 seconds later 4 police officers and 2 dogs ran after him. They cought him probably 20 yards into the woods and dragged him out and arrested him in our driveway.

I never found out why he was originally being chased though.

    seen a few

most recent (18 months ago) was a burglary in south KC while walking my dog in the middle of the AM. integrated neighborhood, black men carrying electronics out of a house to trunk of automobile, appeared to be moving.

i was approached the next day and i was asked if i had seen the scene.

i said i had seen it and to give me a call if testimony was needed.

    never recieved the call...

    KC is rife with crime

probably a good reason why PJ won't play here ... :D
Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
    And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green

If being held up at gunpoint is witnessing a crime, then.....yeah
If a man speaks in a forest and there is no woman around to hear him, is he still wrong?

    LOL

I have seen many violent attacks and fight growing up in Atlantic City at night going to my dads stores back in the day.
One guy getting smaked in the face with a pipe. Guys getting jumped. Hookers making deals and getting busted.

I have been in to many scraps to count. Those days are long gone for me, unless someone messes with my family. ;)

Oh and I witnessed with my own eyes......ready for this......
DRUG DEALS!!! Oh yea, real drug deals with pot and coke dealers.
Real dealers, the kind you learn about in school. :D:D:D

I was working in a restaurant 7 years ago when a crazy guy came in and shot and killed my manager and shot the cook 8 times who happened to be 3 feet behind me. The cook didn't die and I feel like he saved my life that day. I was a witness, but I think I picked the wrong guy in the line-up. They all looked the same to me.
I really screwed that up. I really Schruted it.

that happened to me when I lived in CA, I was watching TV and I hear this ruckus outside and I hear "GET AWAY FROM THE WINDOW"

the cops didn't have to tell me twice!

Holy cow. Then they caught the guy in our backyard and paraded him through our apt b/c there was no other way out. And he had a BIG knife
I forget what he did, they told us but I can't remember

Also I witnessed the crime I was a victim of, I was purse-napped! In Broad daylight, Gosh darnit. They ran away and I ran out of the subway after them like "somebody stop them"
but that was in NYC so you know, nobody cared ;) :(

OH, and Last yr my mom hired a health aide after she broke her leg. That heinous bitch stole my debit card, right out of my purse! HmpH!

When your as bad ass as me.......you don't fear the law.
    BRING BACK THE WHALE
  • When I was twenty I was at this guys house with my friend, we had just come back to town from a weekend of kegs and camping in the woods. Needless to say, I was drunk. All of a sudden three guys are at the door, they wanted to come hide because they had just stabbed a guy at the bar down the street. So they go and hide in a back bedroom or whatever, then the cops showed up. The guy who owned the apartment told him that no one came in, but they wanted to come in anyhow so he let them. Then of course it was all "everybody down, blah blah blah". I had laid down on the floor before they had come in, and I pretended to be zonked out. It was pretty easy because I was already wasted. One of the cops had a gun pointed on me and was yelling at me but I refused to answer him. My friend told him that I was drunk and had been passed out there for a while. They found the guys in the bedroom and arrested them, and I got to go home. They came to question me later, but I told them that I had been so drunk I had no clue what had happened.

    The end.
Stop following me, I do not know where I am going.

Yeah. Back in early 1995, while I was walking down the street minding my own business, some thug motherfucker clocked me just to do it. He and his homeboy walked up the street as I was going down. I remember him saying "look out" to me and then he jacked my jaw.

:( Why would you do that? They don't need cops after them, they need rehab and medication. Prison time don't do nothing for them.

hmm. I've seen quite a number of beatings in my time. the sound and sight of someone's head being stomped on..

seen drugs being sold and used.

and witnessed a good number of threatenings.. with and without weaponry (no guns though). but I'm not sure if those count.
