Also Chaucer's The Legend of Good Women and Memoirs of a Medieval Woman, that one is specifically about Margery Kempe. (the 2nd is not by Chaucer)
There is also alot written on Abelarde and Heloise...2 lovers There is a book of their love letters.

As far as films go, Kurosawa's period films such as Seven Samurai, Rashomon and Ran are all set in the japanese medieval period. They are also all stunning.
