My vote goes to Sirius Black from the harry potter movies. I think it would be "cool" to be a renegade wizard that everyone thinks is "bad", but who is actually "cool." Which movie character defines cool for you?

Why the bollocks would you think Snape isn't cool? He's the only vaguely complex character in the stories and clearly the emotional core of them.

My top 5 coolest film characters, in no order:

    Sick Boy - Trainspotting
Billy Brown - Buffalo 66 (mainly his clothes and comic timing)
    Tyler Durden - Fight Club
Derek Vinyard - American History X (pulls off Nazi-chic disturbingly well)
Jimmy Conway - Goodfellas (the gentleman psychopath)

    Ripley from Alien and Aliens

Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
    And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green
  • Come on, people.
Rick(Bogart) from Casablanca is as cool as they get.
Or Bogie in Maltese Falcon, or To have or have not, etc.

    On a personal note,
Macmurphy(jack nicholson) in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. One of my idols.
