Oh, those are great! I just realized I haven't even eaten at Subway since moving out here, because of Wawa. :D
and they have the little mini ones (i forget what they're called). You can get them toasted now too :) I'm addicted to Wawa coffee too!

My husband gets their coffee a lot, but I've never had it. I'm a dunkin donuts coffee girl, when I go out for it. :D

Dunkin donuts is good too - I've only tried that recently. I like Wawa cause it's not toooo strong - I can't drink Starbucks!

MMMM I prefer Jimmy Johns especially because they deliver!

I don't eat the bread (low carb) so I always get the Gargantuan! That thing is huge and yummy.

And hey we don't get carrots or avocado at our Subways here :( But we do have the St Louis which is pretty yummy.

What are the $5 sandwiches at Quiznos? I always get the Feast at Subway and it gets boring to hear every single time I order it "you do know that is not a $5 sandwich".

For all you Philly/Jersey locals, nothing beats Primos for sandwiches

you can't get them for $5 bucks but they're well worth the extra dollar or two
Don't come closer or I'll have to go

I can't stand subway... there put so little meat on their subs, and it seems like no matter which sub you get, they all taste basically the same.

I do like Quiznos... it just seems like the ingredients are a lot better.

So this evening I had the $5 Quiznos response to the Subway $5 sandwich that the news has been calling a marketing phenomenon for Subway.

I've always preferred Quiznos meat and bread over Subway, but the topping selection at Quiznos is less diversified than an Enron employee's investment portfolio.

Can't beat the spinach, carrots, cucumbers, freshly sliced avocados, and spicy deli mustard that Subway has and which Quiznos does not.

I still can't believe Quiznos does not have spicy deli mustard. After all, it's supposed to be a deli.

I'm not a huge fan of subway...but I've never tried Quizno's. That horrible rodent commercial just turned me off. I like Wawa for hoagies (yes hoagies!)

    WAWA!! how I miss thee!!!

Subway is beyond gross. Have you ever noticed after going in there you leave smelling like feet? That gnarly smell they pump in there sticks to your clothes and smells like rotten feet. I think its the bread. GAG

Quiznos is slimy, literally. The meat is gross. A step above Subways, but really now..

I miss Hoagies back east. There was a place back home called Lee's Hoagie house.. AMAZING. Well my littler brother just started working there as a cook, so it might not be anymore.. hehe ;)

    Subway. No question.
Subway is quite possibly the worst chain restaurant there is; quizno's in a landslide.

While I do enjoy Subway, Quizno's does kick their ass.

    The main reason? Mushrooms!!!

I've been to one out-of-town Subway in my entire life that actually had mushrooms available, but every Quizno's does which makes it the winner for me.

My morning stop at Wawa is sometimes the only thing that gets me through the day. They have the best salads too.

I never noticed the feet smell at Subway  Even more reason not to go there :p

  • I like Schlotzky's. We had those in Illinois, and they were better than both Quizno's and Subway.

agree, Schlotzky's was great. I didn't think it existed anymore, all 4 that were anywhere near me have long since closed.

BTW, I'd take Jimmy Johns over Subway or Quiznos.

I love how Subway is promoting the fact that they raised their prices. Most of the subs you can get for $5 were below $5 before this promotion.

There are only 4 subs at Quizno's that are $5 and sadly the Turkey, Bacon, Guacamole is not one of them. I love that sandwich!
