What are these seats like?

Pulled these up this morning for 6-28 Mansfield show.

DDD
F20 - F19
PRICE LEVEL 1
FULL
EVENT TAKES PLACE RAIN OR SHINE
FOLDING CHAIR*OUTSIDE-REAR OF PAVILION

Has anyone ever sat there? The "folding chair, outside rear of pavilion" is a little scary.

    I think somebody mentioned yesterday that those are the seats in the handicapped section. If they don't get requests for handicap tickets, they sell them to the general public.
