yup...its just what you thought. you get in a sauna, last won to leave wins..

    Saunas are not my thing. I hate them.

    How about a competition of ice swimming. Everyone can enjoy those!

    Naturally they have ice swimming world championships here too, but you'll just have to wait until winter.

    Wait a minute is a sauna different from a steam room? I went into a steam room set at 121 degrees last month while in Las Vegas and I lasted 20 minutes the very first time. I did take a bottle of water in there and longest I lasted was 35 minutes.

    It's the best thing after a 2 hour workout, I felt like I got rid of many tokins with our twice a day sessions.

    These sauna champioships were only 110 degrees but maybe without water.
