I heard on the radio this morning that Lily Allen is also pregnant. Celebrities seem to be popping out babies left and right.

I agree with this, but the question was about knowing those who were teen parents, which my answer replied to.

As for Lily Allen, I'm waiting to see how many times she's papped while smoking over the next 8 months. But hey, despite all of this, at least Amy Winehouse hasn't joined the club- yet.

... doesn't that usually break some sort of law????

or maybe there's a white trash exemption I'm not aware of.

Wow just wow! I'm surprised at you. My sister got pregnant at 17 or 18 when it was still quite taboo. You should see how well she's done for herself now. The only reason many more of us weren't teen mothers is pure luck!

No she wouldn't be ACTING all fine and dandy, you're right... but not every 16 year old has to tell the MEDIA about their fuck up. It's obvious from the quotes that they're as disappointed as any family but they simply have to deal with it and that's what they're trying to do. You're hardly gonna tell the media that you're devastated that you're pregnant and it was a huge mistake... she's HAVING the baby... this kid would ALWAYS know it's a mistake.

I read this morning that he could face 10 years cos the age of consent where she's from is 17 and where she works is 18. Apparently he's dumped her too? Nice.

Poor kid... she's got a screw up of a family... a father to her kid who should have known better... and she's 16... fuck knows how she's gonna get through this. We all saw the fantastic help Britney got when she needed it.

Look, I said from my experience... I can't change that to not be true. It's not as if I'm disappointed that your sister did well for herself or am trying to take that away. Hell, my mother was in her mid-20s when she had me and did an awful fucking job. But that wasn't the question.

hehe I think the kid's going to know it was a mistake anyway once it's old enough to do subtraction . Eh, most kids are mistakes, even if the people are 35 and married. I just don't think people should take procreation so lightly. that's why have birth control and legal abortions and whatnot- because it's not good for society to have a lot a kids just being born to every horny couple out there.

These people have kid after kid after kid just to get the welfare! It's gross and quite disturbing. Use a fucking condom!

You should only be able to have kids if you are mature enough and if you have a job. I was behind this lady at the grocery store and she boought $366 worth of food and stuff with her food stamp credit card. She had about 4 kids with her. (not counting how many she had in the car or at home) Who do you think pays for all that free money for them?

I didn't see any condoms in that basket....
