Shouldn't you have to actually be funny to break a comedy endurance record.

I can only endure about 10 seconds of Dane Cook's comedy.

Technically I don't think 'Dane Cook' and 'comedy' are supposed to be in the same sentence.
  • 7 hours of that a hole? Did he ship iin a school for the deaf to sit through that?
I'm so dangerous I smoke dynamite.

  • He is one of those comedians that get less and less funny the more you see them... The first time I saw him on one of those comedy central shows, I laughed and thought he was pretty good... I can't stand him now.

  • did people have to pay to see this crap, or did they just bus in loads of sorority girls who think he is a god?
  • Anyone die or pass out from exhaustion in the audience?

  • Shouldn't any Endurance Award go to the audience in this case?

  • What the hell is wrong with you people? Dane Cook is hilarious! I never heard of him until like last year when a friend made me listen. I guess all of you "unpopularity freaks" just hate anything popular, and probably don't give it a chance! Anyway I find his humor pretty damn funny, just because he's a sort of X-gen/MTVish comic does not mean he sucks... he's not Nickelback!

    haters :P

i couldn't care less if something is popular or not, it doesn't change my feeling about something one way or the other. this guy, for *my* tastes, is just not funny at all. i've heard other comedians hate him too, not in a jealous sort of way, but cuz he's a douchebag.
  • I bet he was a total nightmare on his first 5 minute open spot.

Give me 7 hours of Dylan Moran, even if 6 of those 7 hours just consists of Moran passed out from drinking too much wine.

I don't care about a comedians popularity. I love Chapelle, Chris Rock, Louis CK all of which are popular comedians. Dane Cook just plain sucks. Watching his act is like watching some retarded frat boy with tourettes.

yeah i was thinking... by law of averages he must have a ratio of 10% funny even though everyone seems to hate him.. i've never heard of him, but then i've never heard of Chip McGillacuddy.. but i'm pretty sure he's a necrophiliac
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
