    I am on pins and needles waiting for this news. The only way i could accept a settlement, is if we get to keep a team in Seattle. Schultz is apart of the settlement also apparently.

    $45 million paid to the city immediately.
    $30 million in 5 years if Seattle is not offered another NBA team. If Seattle fails to renovate the Key Arena in that time, the $30 million is off the table.

    The name, history, and record books of the Seattle SuperSonics, stay in Seattle.

    The State Legislature needs to STEP THE FUCK UP NOW!!!!!

    And the Balmer group needs to go find us a team. And it really really sucks that we have to probably do to another city, what was just done to us. No wonder patterns of abuse continue in cycles.
