    ive seen two people successfully do it.....it was quite a fad to post vids of you trying a couple months back...it must be really hot......i think its hot and it instantly absorbs all your saliva, making it impossible to get down your throat.

    I think the big problem is inhaling the powder. Spicy powder in your lungs can't be good!

    but I did try some of the tree bark from where they get the cinnamon, and it wasn't all that pleasant :p

    Never tried it, but I tried to do it with whey powder....nearly choked to death.

    don't think I've tried anything like that since I was 15.
    believe it or not, we don't "need" anything. that is only the spoiled brat in us trying to fill some temporary solution to an emptyness that does not exist.

    looked more like a table spoon to me, not a tea spoon. I actually take cinnamon capsules.. I think that's the smarter way to go.. not as a fad, but to lower glucose and cholesterol!

    me and my friends tried this in june at a bbq. only one of us could do it and he let the cinnamon sit in his mouth for well over 10 minutes. i think the fact that he had tear and nerve gas training in special forces provided him with the tolerance to finish the mouthful. yikes

    p.s. - the rest of us threw up everywhere. but that girl was hysterical...and hot!

    all i could think though was if that was my GF and i was laughing like that , i would have black eye. lol would be worth it though lol

    How has that worked so far for you as far as your blood counts?
