How long does Cholula hot sauce stay good for?

This bottle of hot sauce has been in the fridge at work for about a year.

It's fine to eat....right?

    I dont think that stuff goes bad. Now these bottles of A1 and ketchup I've had in my work fridge for over two years, let's just say I'm not using them on my tater tots

    It has a long shelf life in the fridge, but eventually it will go bad. Like Tabasco, it will discolor first but still be fine. If it starts to have a gray-ish tint to it, toss it. If it deepens red or turns orange-ish, you are still fine.

    Well, I think if he starts barfing he'd have to try it on another type of food to be sure. Hahaha, I mean...it could be the pizza!

    So yeah, if you get violently ill you're just going to have to try more of it to make sure!

    a good long time... no need to worry with hot sauce...it will last forever..
