It's 7:20am, and already approaching 70 degrees. Supposed to be in the 90's today in Seattle....closer to the 100's tomorrow!

The Gorge area is supposed to be 105-110 for the rest of the week!

Now that's global warming!

    Seattle's beautiful in the summer. I guess since I lived in a basement-esque apartment I don't remember the 100 degree weather (which was about 1 day year) as too bad. This is kindof early for it, though. What I didn't pay attention to was dehydrating, because it wasn't as humid. I paid for that with headaches. Keep cool!

    98 degrees today near DC. Even though it was in the mid 90s on Saturday and Sunday, by 9pm it wasn't that bad as long as I wasn't walking around. I think it's less humid than in earlier years. Humidity just sucks the life from me.

    I heard its supposed to break 100 in NYC today. The Times called it "oppressive heat". Fun, fun, fun :rolleyes:

    did not go last night, the folks in the office that did go said waht I thought, people we're hyped, dissappointed, then, satisfied ... AT&T at 5 pm is a terrible place for a HR derby.

    I'm 50-50 on going tonight ... might have to give my ticket up for a client ... whatever.

    oh, and so we don't completely jack this threads ... it's not hot here ... not at all ... I don't miss that east coast humidity, but I *do* miss the late afternoon thunderstorms, I've only seen 2 in the 3 years I've been here ... sad, really.
