Maybe I have My Priorities Mixed Up Or Whatever. I Know Alot Of You Are Just Fed Up With Red Sox And Yankees Fans But Call Me Crazy $4 Gas Sucks. So Suck On That You Friggin $4 A Gallon Gas Payers. Yeah Thats Right.

And I Know This Doesnt Belong Here But Im A Badass And Thats That So Stuff It
I will feel....alive....as long as I'm freeeeeeee...

    the entire globe should probably stop buying gasoline for a few days or whatever the time line may be.
    reboot the system, shut it down for a few moments and regroup.
    this is not so hard to figure out.
    and...

    a plus to the enviroment, ones own health would improve
    based on walking, biking more vs' fat asses sitting in a car
    burning up gasoline just to drive a few blocks or whatever to the store
    for bread and eggs..

    carpool to work, to do grocery shopping even..
    carpooling is a must in my humble opinion.

    why should 1 person being buzzing around the highways
    when his/her neighbor, family member, or friend are all going to the
    exact same destination?

    answer= ppl are self centered, greedy, lazy,
    and when innocent they do not know the consequences
    of their actions...ppl need to open up their blinded eyes for a bit...

    Same in Croatia, something along the lines of $2.60 a liter.

    I paid $4.59 a gallon last night and I burn through it like nobody's buisness and I can't say I really give a shit. I love my car, I love the open road and I waste a ton of gas not going anywhere....who cares, when it runs out fill it up and go again.

    Honestly, $4 gallon gas hasn't affected me whatsoever. People bitch about it all day long, but it hasn't changed the way they drive or live.

    I WISH it was down to $4!

    And unfortunately, some of us CAN'T make changes such as using public transport (because there isn't any available) and we CAN'T bike or walk to work. If I could, I would! I miss living in places where that was an option. Even if it was an hour's walk, I did it just because I loved starting my day that way. Unforunately, I can't really walk on the freeway here. :rolleyes:

    That got deleted. Now I look ridiculous. Oh well. jbadass1980 started 2 threads about how Red Sox and Yankees fans are losers and he capitalized everything. They locked his thread here on AET, so he started another one on the Porch titled "Since someone deleted my other thread I'll say it again: The Red Sox suck".


    This thread was only meant as a parady of that one and should not be taken seriously at all. Sorry for the confusion.

    don't get me wrong, ok..
    i love driving, i really do..

    im in school now and haven't drove trucks since this past December..
    but um, i know about fuel cost and the like..

    but in today's day and age i see it as a bad decision..
    when i can i must walk, public transit, car pooling..

    i have drove a few million miles in my short life time..
    as a truck driver i know about driving North Amereican roadways..

    i've drove 18 wheelers in every single state but maybe 5
    drove Canada and Alaska too.

    i have first hand experience @ seeing the fueling economy
    sky rocket in this flippin country..

    my truck holds 300 gallons of big truck fuel..
    it's what, 5 bucks a gallon @ 5 miles per gallons?

    i can drive(solo driving) from Seattle, WA to Miami, FL
    legally in about 1 week or so, give or take..

    that'll cost about 10,000 dollars in fuel minimum..
    (that's rough estimate off the top of my head)

    in a team operation=truck rolls 24x7
    that'll burn up 300 gallons of fuel in less than 24 hours..

    been there done that for years..

    no thanks, i am done..
