How many women have refused to marry a guy because they don't like their last name.

I know they don't have to change but it has have to have happened before!

    well i was never going to marry the girl anyway, we were young when we dated, but she said she'd never marry me because her name sounded stupid with my last name, ha.

    my friend was engaged to this girl, and she ended up dumping him, but her name would have been:

    Lindsay Smolinski

    i dont ever want to get married but......if for some REASON i was forced to or something OUTRAGEOUS....i'd keep MY last name! and if the guys last name sucked, i'd be like dude, get outta here, just...get outta here!!! hahaha

    I like my married name, more then my maiden name.. only my sister-in-law and I have the same name now!

    I don't dislike my husband's last name, but, I like the way my first name and maiden name sound better together. So, I haven't changed my name. But if that wasn't an option, I still would have married him. :)

    Who would say no to this guy?

    i have a friend who is going to get married this summer. her new last name will be Dick.

    needless to say she isn't too happy about that. for me, more than anything else, it conjures up images of Andy Dick, and that is far more disturbing to me than any other associations the word brings with it.
