This kind of makes me miss the days when ppl didnt like basketball.
Every year I had to listen to how the c's suck, the NBA sux
    etc...
NoW i cant even get tix to see my fav team play
I had NO prob every other yr

I used to buy the cheap seats and move down to good seats, they were always open.

I guess I shouldnt complain since this new team will bring us a championship

Paul Pierce was so Underrated before all this. maybe now he will get the recognition that he deserves

    i am with you

i would usually have tix to at least 5 games at this point.. and usually by using the AAA discount code

as of right now... i have tix for worcester... fuckin preseason

    that's it

i want to be there when they win it all... and now it's almost impossible

i am a huge fan... i just don't want to pay for that priveldge

    oh well

My gf and I enjoyed your fine city so much that we will have to return and see a game this year! Preferably when they are kicking the shit out of either the knicks or the lakers.

EDIT: Just this time when I visit make sure that the 7-11 isn't selling a fucking donut with a Yankees logo on it, ok?!? Go in for a coffee and have to look at that shit.

  • Yeah, I hear ya. As a half-season ticketholder thru the Glory Years (meaning 2002-Present. God Bless You, Vin B., wherever you are), I am little annoyed by this return to "relevancy." Means I'm going to actually have to deal with a beer line now. I guess there was some benefit to attending games in which Jiri Welsch was prominently involved. It is amazing to think about how downright depressing May 22 was, only to be in position to actually feel bad for Blazers fans even before the season started. It was almost embarrassing to tell folks I renewed my tickets again, and now peoples are lining up to bum tickets off me. Quite a 180, Danny.

Alas, let's pay tribute to the good times:

    Pat's is damn good.
They are special because that is where they are from.
    :)
My Dad grew up in Philly and I have spent alot of time there over years. Even I have noticed the rapid decline.
We got lost on the way to my Grandma's gravesite and I honestly have never driven down a more frightening street in my life.
But the people of Philly are so wonderful and there is so much wonderful art and they have one of the best regional theaters in the country.
Anyway...the Knicks dancers are so much hotter than the Celtic girls. :p

its a hole alright, a shit hole to be exact! its time to get over the "booing of santa". id lay a bet that no one on the board was alive when this happened. and for the record, he was a rag tag santa that they pulled out of the stands during a blow out game.
