A friend of mine went there years ago and I came up and spent a weekend there.

I am a grad student at Hofstra.

I entered the lottery to win a ticket to the debate, but only 150 out of 3600 entries got a ticket.

Normally I have Wed night classes, but since campus is on lockdown tonight, no class.
So I'm going to see the Cold War Kids tonight at Webster Hall.

No, but I'm from LI and half of my high school went to Hofstra.

A friend of mine is getting her law degree at Hofstra, and she won the ticket lotto.
