just thought this was interesting. check his stuff out if you don't know of him...i got his book a while ago and really enjoyed it.

    i hope he does something in response to that gold kate moss sculpture...that sort of thing just begs for him to do something with it, or around it!

    I didn't know he had a book!!
    I had a friend study abroad and she got me into his stuff...she'd send me pics of some of his art when she'd come across it:) it was fun!

    I saw Banksy's warehouse show in Downtown L.A. in 2006...very cool stuff....he even had a painted live elephant on display.

    There was a rumour that he was going to paint a wall in Silverlake in the middle of the night. A friend and I wanted to make a film about us waiting all night to see whether or not he'd actually appear....we'd just sit and talk about mundane stuff all night, and when he eventually showed-up, we be fast asleep in the car.

    were you lucky enough to catch a glimpse of this ever elusive artist ;) i would've loved to be at that show!

    Nope.....he didn't show his face, as far as I know.

    I took a bunch of photos of his work.....too pricey to buy an actual piece!
