    thank you sweeties!

    mom's doing lots better, she comes home tomorrow morning. with a walker and some thingamagib for her lungs, but at least she'll be home. we'll just go with things as they come

    That's so great....I'm happy to hear that she's coming home!!! Just take it a day at a time and you guys will be alright....that's how we got through my dad's illness.

    thank you! yeah it'll be good to have her home. the nurses have been absolutely wonderful with her, which gives us peace of mind....my sis and i got a box of chocolates and card for them for tomorrow morning as a little bit of thanks :)

    sorry about your dad being sick....yeah one day at a time is all one can do, with everything really!

    thanks kids! she isn't home yet, on my way to go nab her haha god give me strength for today, she is so freaking obstinant that getting her to pay attention to her meds and what she should do from now on will be a big challenge. agh lol

    and sometimes as they get older its quite the role
    reversal...stay on her and don't take no for an answer.

    mom's home, yay! sis made a bunch of meals ahead of time and we got her pills in an organizer so she's set. i'm off work till wednesday so i'll be able to check in during the day which will be nice.

    quarter absolutely, once i'm set on something i don't budge, good thing my mom already knows that. got half my stubborness from her after all :p haha

    *edit* and sweet god it didnt hit me how relieved i am until right now lol

    of course now my dad calls and his cough sounds even worse, my mom is screaming (sign she's doing better lol) in the background that he needs to go to the doctor. so i have an appt for him at 3:15 today, which i'll have to take him to. i have my own appt for tomorrow about my hand, god willing i get a clean bill of health and can get back to work!

    i'm sick of hospital :(
