fruit is good for when you're sick
ergo....having a couple glasses of red wine later with dinner would actually be GOOD for my flu. right?

i mean it's like health food, no?

I am healthy as a horse currently and I am enjoying a glass of Malbec.

Now. If you are sick, you should select the beverage that you think is right.

Wine never strikes me as a good choice when I'm sick, neither does beer.

When I'm sick--sick for a number of days, mind you and just trying to shake that last bit of malaise--I wrap myself in a blanket, and I follow the advice herein:

    This is not a joke.
FUEL AND RELEASE!!! happiness is good FOR AN hour... FUEL AND RE-LEASE!!! happines is good FOR an HOU-ER.

i should say i'm on the way out of sicktown, all i have left is a touch of cough (which makes me think perhaps something of the herbal variety might help expel whatever demon i got dancing in my chest). i'm all about being medical here haha

and is mr. t gonna bust thru my door though? cuz my landlady would be crazy angry. and like hell i'm cleaning that mess up! i am wrapped up in a binkie at the moment, i'm like a coughing burrito lol

    Ahhh, the old self-med.
    it's my grand "F U" to the pharmaceutical establishment U C.

i wonder if prince writes like that all the time.

my brain is demolished for the day as it is, so any outside help isn't gonna make that much more of a difference i figure. plus i went to the coffee shop, and usually order a medium coffee in a large cup, and asked the guy for a medium in a small cup.

    *twice*

took me the 2nd time to realize, oh, david blaine isn't the barista. WHOOPS

You want to get rid of that flu, then sleep 24/7 (and drink some rum, hehe, this may be a requirement for that much sleep).

when i was 8 got a pull tab caught on my finger....my school couldn't get it off so they call my parents....my dad and brother come and my dad gets it off my finger....

when i got home, i got cold...shivering actually....so my dad, numb-nut that he is :), decided to warm me up.....he gives me a brown liquid in a really small glass....so i figure, he's my dad he's giving me medicine.......

my dad gave me a shot of brandy.....i downed it in a second.....i don't remember the rest of the day...
