as simple as it seems, that's a hard concept to wrap one's brain around sometimes. or is it truly easy, and it's me being difficult?

also, if you wrap your brain around something, it will probably kill you....chiqui.
If you got the chemicals come a rushing in and playing with the nerves, you can try to "will" yourself to a positive frame of mind all you like but all that's gonna happen is you end up exhausted, feeling like a failure and even more miserable than you were before.
I dunno chiq, but when I'm not happy or things aren't going so well in the positivity stakes, I just try to hang on. Accept that things are shit for now and do my best to just be until I start to feel better.
So no, I don't think "it's all state of mind". Otherwise we'd all be running around skipping through the sunshine, eating mung beans and singing Let the Sun Shine In!
*~You're IT Bert!~*
Hold on to the thread
The currents will shift
Everybody has ups and downs... it's all how you handle it that decides if it's a tragedy or just one of those things. Sometimes it feels like the entire world's against you... and you can turn that into a comedy
Verona??? it's all surmountable

I'm really starting to believe, each time more, that it really is all state of mind.
But I wonder if we are capable to will ourselves into happiness lol
PS. What's wrong with going around singing "Let the sun shine in?" This is the dawning of the age of aquarius man...
not sure i want mung beans anyway haha
