The Lil' kid appreciation thread

My nephew.... 2 yrs old. Sister goes out to hang washing on the line, returns to find adorable, cherubic toddler has up-ended an entire large box of rolled oats all over the couch......... as well as a bottle of fish sauce. He'd taken his shirt off, had his little jeans around his ankles and was smearing the whole god-awful mess all over his little body. Upon being caught, he looks at his mother and says " Not my fault". She of course cracked up........


Standing in line a few days ago, a man was holding his child of about 12 months. Child became grizzly and wriggled around in his arms. The man set the child down on his feet and the kid walked right into the back on my legs, reaching up saying "mumumumumumum"..... The man grabbed the child, apologized and said to the little boy...... "thats not mummy". The kid didn't care, I was female and that was good enough for him.

yeah... I have the same problem with mine calling any man he see's dadda. :eek:

i made some comment to my wife about our 7 month old daughter starting to look like a human baby (jokingly).

my 2.5 year old son goes "she's not a human baby. she's my sister."

2 year old logic is the best. it saves me from flushing him down the toilet the 45% of the time he's driving me nuts.

my son did that, with anyone that wasn't me or mom. so even old ladies were dadda. and all kids under like 10 were babies.

Some kids are alright. But man, they can be irritating too.

again, i agree. Spydee my nephew is AWESOME. I love that boy like no other kid. Cakes my niece, well, i only recently started liking her alot. Shes 2 now so its easier to talk to her and stuff. But dammit i swear. Those kidz get outta control sometimes and i want to knock em out!!!! i HAAAAAAAAAATE when they cry. Hate it. But other than that, i love those little rock in rolls

hahahaha no! Those are nicknames I gave them! I forgot WHY i started calling Spydee by that name but i DO know he was about 2 months old!!! And I called my niece Samanthacakes so now i just call her cakes!!!

My two year old brother is extremly annoying. Whenever I'm eating an ice cream cone he'll come over and say "don't eat the cone, don't eat the cone, don't eat the cone" and then start to cry when I refuse to stop.
