    Toasted english muffin - with lots of butter

    One of Kraft White Cheddar Cheese singles or regular cheddar cheese Kraft singles.

    One egg

    In a small frying pan on low heat add a lot of butter (maybe a tablespoon) when it has melted, add the one egg loosely mixed. Then when it's almost all solidified add the single in two pieces. Fold the egg over like an omelette then fold over again, and put on the heavily buttered english muffin. Expect your arteries to cry, and your soul to sing!

    I enjoy that exact meal almost every morning. It's so addicting. But so unhealthy.
