reminder about the 2008 draft and the patriots

due to the patriots cheating scandal they lost their first round draft pick.
which due to the season they are having would have been around 32.
but. due to a deal with the san francisco they have san frans 1st round draft. oh and san fran only has won 4 games so currently they are predicted to draft around 5 or 6. so the possibly lossless pats get a pick at 6.
so they could pick up someone like darren mcfadden from arkansas (And he is so damn good) or they could do some wheeling and dealing and get more first round draft picks at lower spots.
good punishment nfl. they shoulda said that the pats will lose thier highest pick.
