I figured since I am so into collecting art these days, and I like to update you guys when I find something I think will catch your interests, so hopefully I can get people to read this thread instead of having to piss people off posting in the porch, and making things PJ related....

Great way to start off the thread with a 300 word sentence.

Also, he is a very nice guy, he is an artist, art cannot be good or bad, so please, do not come in this thread to bash people, if you don't like the art, ignore it!

    I am lucky enough to live close to Ian.
    Shoot him an email if you want to buy something, I know most of his inventory is either sold out, or he saved it for his upcoming art shows...

    as for Ian Millard's prints, there are two of them that are hot today on expresso beans... They go on sale tomorrow on his website, and will be gone quick. I have seen both of them in person, and they will BLOW YOU AWAY! The train tags is awesome if you are into graffiti, and there are also some hidden Millard tags on the train as well...
    "Planning the Attack" is crazy in person, there is one done on a piece of metal that must be seen in person to get the entire feel of the piece.
    If you are in the Denver area tomorrow, June 7th, I recommend heading to Nederland to see some of these peices in person!

    yup, that obama print is US only... just have a friend buy one for you...
    I'd offer to do it, but I don't know how they handle shipping issues, I don't want to have to handle refunds/returns/etc, and I've never bought from them before.

    Without the tremendous impact W has had on the US economy the Canadian $ would not be at record highs against the US $

    And without the work W has done to secure the reliable and affordable supply of oil from the middle east, the Canadian stock market the TSX would not be at record highs as it is largely a resource based equity market.

    Well the poster is pretty sweet and Obama is not your average US politician. Once the americans get rid of the republicans we may follow suit as we always seem to do and get rid of the conservatives. Obama is definately intriguing and I think it should be a good sign that he is popular in different countries. I know bush's image has been pretty popular on t-shirts and posters in canada, but for entirely different reasons. I like the poster and wanted it, but it is sadly not to be.

    yes, yes, i've been called an artist several times. And i can DEFINITELY cook up a saucy lookin "z" for our friend with eye problems. :D
