You know which ones are really, REALLY good? The Beef, Bean and Cheese burritos you come across that are NOT asada. It's almost got like a stew thing going, instead of chopped up steak. They are hard to find... Ralph's burritos in Highland park (if it even exists anymore)... and I found a place close to my house... Albertaco's on Lincoln and Valley View in Cypress.
I try to go at least, once a week.

they are kind of expensive to start....we, some guys I work with, looked into opening a Qdoba, and it takes over a million bucks and you have to open 5 stores within 5 years or something like that. Not that I would want to work for someone else anyway....i'd rather go solo cause I know I could compete with anyone. I made an italian pork hogie sandwich the other day that was killer. Would have paid $8.95 with a basket of fries for it.

  • Local burrito joints are the best, and whoever mentioned the mission in SF is right.

My fave is refried beans, pork, green hot sauce, rice, salsa, and extra cheese.

Although yes, Chipotle is tasty too. There are no good burrito places in the suburbs though, where I am. Ya gotta go to Boston for Chipotle.

I'd never heard of Qdoba before reading this thread. Looked it up and there are 8 of them in the Twin Cities but all atleast a half hour from me. How do their burritos compare to Chipotle?

I know, I can't figure out why the hell a chipotle and some other chain burrito place open right by ana's? makes no sense. And Bocca Grande is awesome too. No one agrees with me, but I think it's better than ana's. but I live by ana's so I go there now.

I think Bocca Grande is better than Ana's. I think Ana's is overrated. It's still good though.

Very similar. I had never heard of them either until I read about them on here. I still prefer Chipotle as their ingredients always seem to be fresher than the two times I had Qdoba. But that could be because I had Qdoba at a mall in Jersey where there was a line about 10 deep for Hot Dog on a Stick but no one in site for Qdoba.
