windows vista people....how do I....

Restore my recycle bin to the desktop. I cant even find the stupid thing since I accidentally deleted it...Thanks in advance...I hate being technically challenged...:mad:

    did you delete it or did you hide it? try right clicking on the desktop and see if show recycle bin is checked or not....

    I right clicked and there is no sign of it. Checked or unchecked. Nothing listed...

    that happened to me also last year. I don't remember even deleting it. I had to use a shortcut to recycle bin.

    This is why whenever you delete stuff click Shift + Delete :)

    Have you searched through the Help section? VISTA was hiding something really basic on me once and I found the answer there.
    I don't understand who thought up VISTA. It's the least intuitive system ever. Good luck.
