heartburn

SUCKS! I was up all night last night with heartburn. No Tums would take care of it. But it was weird, because I got up 4 times to get big 'ol glasses of h20 too, like I was extremely parched. And my stomach still feels off.

And all I had for dinner was a salad.

    I am starting to get heartburn more frequently and I am not liking it

    my mother suffers from it, so it looks like it was passed along to me

    i get it every now and then. i can't really pin-point it either. my diet is pretty consistant, but the heartburn isn't. i guess its just one of those things.

    what's the deeeal with heart burn???

    seriously, i only get it at night and i'm always having to sit up on the edge of the bed...this seems to alleviate it a bit...

    Zantac helps some (150 mg)

    Heartburn sucks, maybe you have acid reflux...usually propping your head up on pillows while you sleep should help. Also, try not to eat too late. I'm having some heartburn right about now!! :( I guess I had better follow my own advice!!
